FAQs

  • Grants from Future Blooms help pay for treatment costs and clinical fees related to an egg freezing cycle. Grants do not cover medication costs.

  • All funds will be issued directly to the medical provider. Funds will not be paid directly to applicants.

  • Grant amounts will be based on available funds, the number of qualified applicants and the level of need determined by Future Blooms. 

  • At this time, we work exclusively with Utah Fertility Center, with goals to expand to more clinics.
